After sitting down with him and several other technicians, we discovered that all the techs were amazing at the work, but short on a proper story to get the hours that they need sold in order to live a better life. After the training, Mr. Jose M. informed me in a short month that he was able to get 135 hours a pay period, instead of the 75 to 89 hours he was used to.
