He also has the confidence to sell tires even when he felt that the tire stores always had the advantage. When we see him, he has the biggest smile now and enjoys being a service writer.

After sitting down with him and several other technicians, we discovered that all the techs were amazing at the work, but short on a proper story to get the hours that they need sold in order to live a better life. After the training, Mr. Jose M. informed me in a short month that he was able to get 135 hours a pay period, instead of the 75 to 89 hours he was used to. Due to our training we were able to give him new joy to his profession. Mr. Jose M. had the feel of quitting but no so much anymore now.
